1: Can you describe the website creation process at Showcase-Me.com ?

Developing an effective website takes careful thought and planning. The better the planning the fewer the iterations and quicker the job is completed.

Outline of the website creation process:

First, fill up our quote form. Be as detailed as possible so that we can give you a quote that is specific to your requirements.
After we review your requirements we will send you a quote by email.
If you want to engage our services, we will need a 50% advance payment* of the quoted price. This payment should be accompanied with text, logos, photos, original artwork, etc., and can be sent to us via e-mail.
We will then schedule an approximate start/end date for your project.
Your domain name/hosting is organized
A design will be presented to you. Based on your feedback to this, we will either fine tune or rework the design till we arrive at the final look.
We then progress with the rest of the site.
Once the web site is completed, we will upload your web site files to a temporary location on our server. You will then need to review it thoroughly and send us any changes, additions, corrections, etc. that you would like made.
The corrected version is presented to you for a final review / correction cycle.
Your site will then be ready for upload to your server.
At this point the final invoice is sent to you and upon receipt of your payment, we will:
A. Upload your website to your hosting account
B. Optimize and Test your website
C. Submit your web site URL to free search engines & directories.

*Not applicable with web design packages

2: How long will it take to have my website up?

The time taken to design your website will depend on the following factors:

The size of your website: (Number of pages, graphics/animations and general complexity of your site)
Our current work load
The urgency of your requirement. If you have a tight deadline - we will try and meet this but it will mean an extra fee as we will have to reschedule jobs already underway

So you have a rough indication - A basic 7 page website can be up and running in 10 days time

3: I don't want a website just a few services. Is that possible?
